Return & Refund Policy

Under what conditions can I return my purchase?

  • The goods received damaged on 1st Delivery attempt.


Return will NOT be accepted for the following case:

  • If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • If goods are damaged when received on 2nd Delivery or onwards, please understand that some of products are chocolates, we take measure to ensure it can last up to 3 days, if you missed the 1st delivery, we cannot ensure the goods may not be damaged.


To apply for a Return,

  • Please whatsapp (010 468 9568) us an image of the item with the reason of return for our verification. 
  • Once verified, we will send you an Airway Bill (cost by Beehive) so you can drop the Return to the closest Pos Laju.
  • Once we received the Return, Store Credit will be credited to your Account which you can use to purchase any items.


In the case which Items need to be Resent due to Failure to Pick Up or Wrong Address Indicated,

  • Our team will be in-touch with you once we received the items; we will then check if the products are damaged. If it is, you may have to repurchase or we can still refreeze and send it back to you.
  • To Resend, a processing fee of RM 5 will be charged.
  • Also postage will be borned by yourself, fee varies according to destination.
